About Lutronics

Lutronics Inc. is a nanotechnology-based small company that is focused on discovering, developing, manufacturing and marketing advanced nanomaterials, nanofabrication and associated devices for photonic, energy science, military security, etc., applications.

Lutronicss focus on improving performances of existing semiconductors, complex oxides, or a combination of both suffering from low figure-of-merit and poor reliability is exemplified by its breakthrough research programs utilizing the most advanced nanotechnologies, where it has developed three novel approaches:

Advanced nanofabrication: when integrating with both advanced compositional and structural combinatorial strategies, Lutronics developed very unique material deposition approaches involving liquid transportation and laser enhanced pyrolysis. The approaches provide a unsurpassable capability to fabricate nanostructured nanomaterials via optimizing both material compositions and structures.

Long wavelength photonic components: when adopting the multilayer as the base structure, Lutronics's approach provides a unique capability to investigate new physics such as negative refraction, polariton-coupled enhancement, and tunable plasmonic resonance behavior. This opens new routes toward long wavelength photonic component development, which will be attractive to many military and civilian applications.

Waste energy recovery: when breaking the core/shell structure, Lutronics's approach provides a unbeatable ability to develop advanced energy materials for vast waste heat recovery. The unique material concept can be integrated with actual CMOS designs for realizing active pixel-level adjustment for zero-background detection or sensing.
